Healthy brown rough bread in Zurich?

Hello everyone.

I am looking for super healthy brown rough bread in Zurich. The best I have found from local supermarket is-

Migros- Bio Roggenvollkornbrot, RUND
Migros- Bio Roggenvollkornbrot (comes in aflat rectangular packet). Then two separate packets inside with 7 slices each.

Both these breads contain <1% fat unlike other breads that are full of fat.

Anyone know about these breads? Do I have healthier options that I could try?

What exactly are you looking for? Healthy can be quite a subjective term!

Re: Healthy brown rough bread in Zurich?

You should be able to find what you are looking for at a Reformhaus (bio store). Müller in the ZH HB has an OK selection, but I prefer Terra in Männedorf (the store is at the train station) - they have a nice fresh bakery, and are happy to advise you (at length! ) on healthy options.

Also, check out your local bakery, even if it isn't bio/Reform; you can find wonderful full grain breads at most bakeries.
