There are some specialised shops around (bolts and nuts type of shops) and if you go to Alsace or Germany you will find them.

You can take the girl out of America, but not the American out of the girl....grilling is a part of my life, even if the overpriced meat here is just terrible. Veggies are also good, although I must admit I never grilled carrots!

I was at the Bauhaus in Schlieren (Zürich) yesterday afternoon and noticed that they have a rather large selection in the back.

Might be worth it to check it out...

There are many stores still selling of BBQ grill even if it is in off season. You can check also what are the best outdoor grill and find or search some reviews about them.
