Check in any butchers, they will have a variety of horsemeat cuts. I like it too, a little sweeter than beef IMHO:

I refuse to eat horse meat...cool with cow and pig meat but not horse...that is like eating a dog....

no it isn't. Tastes nothing like it, dog is a little tougher and bit too "gamey" for my taste.

unfortunately its also very widely consumed back home in italy and across europe. i fully agree. for me, a horse is a pet. i keep getting horse meat offered to me at my tennis club....refuse every time.
