I've researched the matter a bit on the Migros and Coop website, a celiac disiease forum and two webshops who sell gluten free dough but alas, my browser crashed... So, here's my answer again:
Gluten free pizza dough is sold in small and expensive portions. Neither Migros nor Coop have them on their gluten free products list at the moment. Reformhauses are a better bet. And there's a
bakery in eastern Switzerland who sells half-baked pizza doughs online and sends them nation-wide by priority mail (ca. 8-10 Fr. shipping + 3.90 Fr./dough). They produce them on mondays, tuesdays and thursdays.
Gluten free flour is much more common and the price is more reasonable, so making your own dough is a considerable option.
Another idea is to search gluten free, deep-frozen convenience pizza margheritas and to add more toppings at home, a procedure well-known among the gluten-tolerant, too!

Gluten free instant pizzas are more common than the pizza dough, too.
