Tipo 00 flour (Italian flour)

Hi,

I just used the last of the tipo 00 flour we brought back from Italy to make focaccia - which came out pretty well. I also had pleasing results with making pizza dough.

Has anyone found a supply in Zürich perchance? I had a Google around already and came up with this place in Schlieren - http://www.aleardi.ch - that apparently has it.

Has anyone found something in town? Our local Coop does not have it; and Jelmoli and Globus don't like to publicise their product line online it seems.

I will report back if I find something else first.

OK, found it: what is 'strong flour' called in german and where can i buy it? - thanks Gastro Gnome.

Cheers,
Nick
