Dear TonyBhoy,

Rangers are the most successful club, go look it up, they have won more domestic trophies than any other club in the world (12 more than your team).

We never used the taxman’s money, facts would make you look more credible.

We will not go into liquidation and if we did our proud 140 year history would never be forgotten.

Sectarianism is not rife in Scotland, but there is an issue which starts at a very early age, 'How's that I hear you say'? Well because of segregated schooling or should I say Catholic schooling, there is no such thing as a Protestant school. Kids grow up to the age of 5 then get split up because of segregated schooling.

If we do go under Celtic WILL suffer, low support, no tv deals, no sponsors etc etc etc, like it or lump in the SPL Celtic need Rangers as much as we need you as does the rest of the spl teams.

And finally which kind of sums you and the Celtic support.

Jelly and Ice cream you say, well for those that do not know and I am sure good old TonyBhoy does know, this is where the phrase ‘Jelly and Ice cream’ the Celtic supporters are using comes from.
http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2003/se...orthernireland
This is what the terrorist loving Celtic support sing about oh and trust me they do sing ‘up the IRA, soon there will be no protestants at all, etc etc week in week out I could go on.
For those of you from Manchester, Brighton, London etc etc, its was these terrorists that tried to kill you.

Do you have a whip round for the cause in your bar TonyBhoy, you got the wolftones on the jukebox?

That’s it from me and I have not even mentioned BJK.

So TonyBhoy

Its 54 and counting (yes we have won more domestic trophies than any other team in the world)

As a great man once said ‘We Welcome the Chase'.

I feel your pain Tonybhoy, you are Scotland’s shame.

Hopefully this thread will last long enough and enough people read to to see exactly what you support.

I am not a football supporter at all, but I am Scottish and was interested to start reading this thread, and I am absolutely disgusted that BonBon you think that these parts I have highlighted are not aimed directly at Tonybhoy, these are pointblank in black and white aimed towards him in a hateful manner.

You talk of Scotland's shame........... shame on you!

Re: Rangers FC in administration?

Rangers may well have been the most successful club in one of the least talented leagues in the world.

They would struggle in the premiership - they would probably stuggle in the championship

A couple of good European games doesn't mean they are a world class team ...

We'd be better off without both of them to be honest, they are a blight on our otherwise friendly and welcoming country.

Re: Rangers FC in administration?

In other news, Craig Whyte had to admit that he didn't pay off Rangers' GBP 18 million bank debt with his own money (as he had maintained so far), but with the proceeds of an advance of future season-ticket sales - that is, with the most loyal supporters' money. (Daily Telegraph - Craig Whyte admits he lied over Ticketus deal)

What a nasty peace of work he must be. Rangers really don't deserve this.

That's mighty generous of him, since they are literally worth less than nothing.

As an Arab*, I'd be happy to get rid of both the Old Firm teams and let the rest of the country get on with football without all their nonsense.

Most of the time, it's hard to decide which of them is more irritating, so I won't even try to compare their arguments.

going off on a tangent, why ARE Dundee United fans called Arabs? Is it a joke on the usual Catholic/Protestant nonsense?

Re: Rangers FC in administration?

I'm not sure exactly as there a few stories going around.

The most likely is that they put sand on the pitch at Tannadice once in order to play a game when the grass/mud was otherwise waterlogged, so after that they got called Arabs. However, the nickname refers to the fans, not the club or the team, so it doesn't really make 100% sense.

Sorry, another banal question. Is it true that Tannadice and Dens Park are next door to each other?

Yes, they are both on the same street - Tannadice Street. It is about 150 yards from one to the other.

Re: Rangers FC in administration?

Time for a real GB/UK League imo.

I for one would welcome the Scottish clubs.

Those not `big enough`for it could remain in a Scottish League and this could be a GB feeder league.

A season to finish as high as you can for Scottish and English clubs to determine which division in the GBL you play in.Obviously the better you do the higher division you play in.

There would be promotion and relegation plus a GB Cup.
League Cups for Scotland and one for England could remain too.

Madness that Celtic and Rangers are still swimming around a relatively small pond (with respect).

We all keep out seperate international teams though.
No GB team!

Having seen their bullying tactics, trying to force their way back, firstly, into the SPL, then into the 1st division, I think they are lucky to even be allowed into the 3rd division. If anything this proves Scottish football is rotten to the core (not sure that was ever in question), and that there are still plenty of Rangers fans in high positions to help bail them out.

Accepting all the sanctions, points deductions, public apologies etc is not exactly bullying tactics from Ranger is it now?
What you will find is that the majority of the Rangers support myself included, want to join th third division to get as far way as possible from the corrupt spl and start again.

Sadly there are no Rangers fans 'in high posiotins' hence the reason the spl/sfl is corrupt and Rangers are being punished like they are.

P.s. watch in the next few seasons the like of Kilmarnock, hearts, Dundee U etc etc all struggling for survival due to not being able to live off the income they get from Rangers.

Easily one of the least informed posts I've ever seen on this forum. And lord knows there's been a few.
