You may well laugh but you know and I know that Celtic need Rangers as much as we need Celtic unfortunately.

We may well go into administration but it will never take away the fact that we are the most successful football club in the world.

There will always be The Rangers, in what form is the question.
Sadly we had a charlatan as an owner who put us in this situation.
It really is a sad day for Rangers and the 140 year history.
The rest of Scottish football, including Celtic will suffer because of this.

I don't mean to rub salt in the wounds - genuinely - but I don't exactly rate the SLP as the best league in the world... On paper the 54 league titles looks great, but in a two horse race is hardly brilliant, is it?

If Rangers do drop out, it won't take long for Celtic to catch up will it...

I know you can only beat the opposition put in front of you, but it's like saying that a guy who beats up his wife every day after work is the best boxer in the world. The quality of the opposition matters.

Shame though - the last thing that a boring two-horse race needs is it becoming a monopoly.

Just because Rangers and Celtic have the biggest support it makes them more successful but they both still have to beat the other teams in the league.

You won't get any arguments from me, the SPL is probably one of the worst leagues in the world and it reflects how bad we are as a nation.

BUT we have still won more league trophies than any other team in the world, you can't argue with facts
