He's certainly magnificent, and plays a good game of football too.
I thought Rooney faffed around like a little girl. Obviously more concerned with his hair transplant than playing a decent game.
And I'm a Brit too.

Might be a good footballer, not such a good sportsman though. I noticed tha after the game last night he stormed sraight off and almost attacked one of his officials.

Probably someone then had a quick word with him along the lines of.... you wont be as bankable if you dont get back out there right now. So he grudgingly trotted back out.

Just remember that he was abandoned by his parents at the age of 2, and then a white Italian family took care of him, so they couldn't even lie at him saying that was his real family.
I don't know what influence that psicological situation would have created on me, but I guess it was hard.
Just saying... to judge is easy....

And getting bananas thrown at him and hearing monkey sounds being made towards him on several occasions...

There's enough bad stuff that happened to him to wreck his brain but not enough to dim his talent. Go Mario! The world is yours if you manage to work just a little bit harder and control/fight off your foibles.
