Re: Euro 2008 preview (armchair experts are welcome)

Anyone else going to the Swiss Airlines big-screen football viewing party this Sunday in Zurich? I hear they offer bottomless snacks and drinks.

(Yes, we poor sods without tickets to real matches have to make do with such.)

Ok time to pull out the yellow card for derailing my precious thread Initial foul I believe was committed by Sutter. Cata1yst this is final warning to you as well I am itching to pull out the red card.

Experts are dime a dozen.....real and fake ones. Hopefully your neighbor to the left will pick the trophy If that happens then unlike you I won't be celebrating from the coffin

Re: Euro 2008 preview (armchair experts are welcome)

Italy's chance just took a nose dive?

Cannavaro out of Euro 2008

There is still Matterazi in the defense with his dangerously brutal fouls.

Re: Euro 2008 preview (armchair experts are welcome)

I'm with Gooner on this one.

But failing that I think an Arsenal player will get his hands on some silverware this year, in a very tight tournament I think Spain just might have enough depth of quality to make the difference.

Definite dark horse for the tournament; Croatia. Any team that plays that style of football deserves to do well, but they will miss Eduardo.

"Analyzing various teams and their chance of lifting the cup" is what I wrote. Anyway you get a red card for arguing with the ref Feel free to derail the topic thought

What ZZ did was completely wrong but no one deserved that head butt more than Materazzi. Materazzi is a serious nut job psycho. Player like him should not be part of football.

Does that mean "I support the Swiss team and any team Germany plays against"?

Sorry, my Deutsch is poor.
