Double triumph for Swiss skiers in Sölden:

Back home in Basel Roger Federer wins home tournament:

	Swiss tennis star Roger Federer has won his third straight Swiss Indoors title in front of his home crowd in Basel. He beat David Nalbandian of Argentina 6-3, 6-4 in the tournament final on Sunday.

I sort of followed that game on the Basel Indoor's web site, and it certainly seemed very one sided. The fact that he disposed of his opponent in 69 minutes says it all!

I watched this match and supported David Nalbandian, Surely Federer couldn't dissapoint his crowd where exactely he hails from in Basel.

What I found most interesting about these results was Lara Gut's performance. I was a bit skeptical at the end of the last season, wondering how much talent she really had versus media hype. Well, I got my answer
