Paolo Maldini - thanks from your fans, capitano!

Retired from football at age 41. An elegant football player, a skilful defender and a gentleman on and off the field. Ciao, capitano!

Doesn't anyone else like Signor Maldini? *sob*

Hey, where are the English-writing Italians on this forum?

Re: Paolo Maldini - thanks from your fans, capitano!

Didn't read anything about that but apparently the number '3' will be passed to his son, Christian, if he makes it to the club (he's already in the junior section).

In the meantime, with his handsome stature, Mr Maldini can do a bit more modelling (I really don't mind!):

He has modelled for H&M (I saw the posters in the store in Zug).
It's reported he has businesses in the clothing and construction industries.
