Gaelic Football on TV?

Does anyone know of any pubs where they show the GAA Championship Games? Preferably around Lausanne, but I'd be willing to travel (within reason).
I'm looking for somewhere to watch Dublin get trounced by Meath on Sunday.

Thanks

LOL

ask Alex, Seb or Laurent in The Great Escape. If it does'nt clash with anything that might be more popular at the time then they are usually good for showing it. next option might be Etoile Blanche.

i don't know how both of those are now set up with setanta, irish sky boxes etc. i watched the gaa there when i was in lausanne but that was two years ago.

oh and kings in flon might be another!

HTH

What a wonderful year 1991 was.
I admire your optimism, I hope it's well placed.

Re: Gaelic Football on TV?

best of luck in the qualifiers lads...

Paddy Reilly's in Zurich definitely showed the game, but is probably a bit far to come from Lausanne.

If you're stuck in future, you could check out setenta's website (if they keep going of course). I haven't tried it, but it looks like you can watch most of the games there - costs about 10 USD by the looks of it.

on a separate topic - a few of us here in Zurich have started a gaelic team if you're interested in playing the odd time.....we're putting a team into the Munich tournament on July 25th....again, the distance from Lausanne is a factor, but let me know if you're interested....
