You mean, like an English speaking forum for expats in the US who don't speak the local language?
Well... that could happen in the US actually.
I had occasion to call a doctor's office in Miami to obtain someone's eyeglass prescription. They had to put someone else on the phone who could understand and speak English. (Good thing I had two guys in my lab who spoke Spanish and could tell me the proper way to make my needs clear, it sped things up quite a bit.)
Re: This forum was one of the best ever but do you know any forum for US :) ?
English is usually the language used in the US but but not the local language in Switzerland (or Begga's home country either...). I'm lost.
There must be loads of info in English about US on a multitude of forums.

Reason: If it isn't permitted in English, it is certainly not permitted in another language.
