Minimum Salary in swiss for IT guy( zurich)

As lots of outsourcing companies are fooling around to deprive their employees with keeping a chunk of salary.

can anybody please throw some light on as wht is the minimum salary for IT employee in Zurich canton.

thanks Max but I guess it should be almost double than this, I m not sure though .But I am getting around 80k and company shows this on the gross and later takes around 1/3 rd of it terming them as deductions.

Er, I was going on the available information you provided. Hence the minimum salary considered to keep you above the poverty line here. Any more, well...

Perhaps you should contact several different agencies and see what they say?

It really depends on the usual suspects - number of years of (relevant) experience, IT field you are in (and getting into), specialty or skill sets, academic and professional qualifications, certifications, etc., etc.

People I'm calculating a netto salary in Zurich using the follow percentages to calculate the discountes:

4,2% AHV
0,7% IV
0,7% BVG
1% ALV
12% incomming tax.

are those values right? Is there something else?
