I have to be honest that i also do NOT understand EF sometimes!!!
I think it takes a bit of a reading to do.

Perhaps the oh so mighty mods can moderate forum bullying and stop being so vigilant in deleting posts that are deemed as "fluff"??? i will personally count how many smart replies i get just from this post and similarly count how NONE of the smart replies will be moderated...
We are not oh so mighty, honest

Try to catch what we can or what we consider worthy of attention. There is usually no unisono voice mods have while tending to noise, and it is a good thing, plurality is healthy and usually yields intelligent moves. Now while all of us dislike people being unkind and not respectful of rules of civil discourse, certain amount of silly ribbing is probably shrugged off when done by those who normally contribute a lot to creating our community. But let me point out, fluff will be zapped, since we are not primarily a selling site. People just showing up to sell or buy without chipping in with any kind of helpful stuff or community tlc, might get treated by some members as free loaders, it is a bit logical.

Anyways, if you stay long enough and observe, you will see a lot of good, helpful spirit and kindness

Don't you know who you sold it through?
I suspect he got a lot of replies from these sites in the end and really doesn't know the actual site the buyer came from.

I wouldn't call it bullying in the original thread either.
It wasn't particularly nasty.

After all, it wasn't a leased high-end SUV already over the allotted amount of KMs ;-)

Is this the thread you're talking about?

If so, I don't know what you're complaining about. In fact, a bit more gratitude to those who gave you support and helpful advice might rather be in order.
indeed! If it's that thread, the bullying the op is talking about is nowhere to be found.

The contextomy fallacy, very popular on these forums.
He complained about rude posts, he then posted one himself. Where's the misrepresentation?

Or do you mean, "The big boy started it "?

Re: Complaints of bullying on marketplace posts.

Welcome to planet earth.

I have been hammered too with posting stuff to be sold. Made some mistakes and was treated OK by EFers and the mods. Sure I recieved some rather colourfull posts but that's life. Learn and move on.

Sure there are "thanks suckers" here. And there are some slime who realy enjoy humiliating people. And sure there are even some pretty dodgy mods too who from time to time manage to slip out of their leash and run free and out of control. But again that's life and it is IMPOSSIBLE to eradicate it.

I dont think this has anything to do with EF.

You are the person with the problem. You may want to look into where this volitile anger is comming from.

I hope you find peace and harmony. Good luck.

We all need to let it out from time to time. Thats the price of trying to be "normal".

To be human is to fXXk up. Every day we do it.
