Is flaming allowed?

There's a post in the Commercial section that I am having a hard time wrapping my head around. I'd like to know to what extent flaming is allowed.

At least you can get your hair and nails done while someone tells you how to unlock your inner voice and maximise on your potential. The knowledge I'm after, he simply doesn't have. He's given me an idea though, to make use of my middle name in the hope that it might add some credibility to my existence. The site cheers me up in a warped road-accident way, I must inform my friends...

Anyway, I should be directing all of this towards that post, but in a more Doom III kind of way.

Hi Gooner,

I think I know that you are talking about... I think that there should be some sort of immunity granted from flaming in the commercial section, since this is people's livelihoods we are talking about here, and we are all adults and free to make up our own minds.

Just as a side note though, I did notice that many of the posters in there used the forum only for free promotion and contributed little else. Maybe in the future I'll enable posting in the commercial area only for people who have posted more than x number of messages or something.

As for flaming - flame Rock Lobster - he loves it really...
