People take a moment to remember what this forum is for...
We had a visit from the guy who owns this web address and he clearly insisted that he would be happier to see people `help` each other not posting attacks and rubbish return comments...
I for one am often hesitant to post on this forum as a result of my experience with people who hide behind a user names shooting off sarcy little messages of no great value to any one...
I also know that many of the customers I have gained from this forum are not forum members as a result of these sarcy forum posters...
keep your S#!T to yourself unless it is really going to help some one.

Spring is coming and it loosens a few screws a bit and make people rethink their actions.... but I agree with this message!

Can you please provide a return delivery address?

Because I am a bored idiot of a forum user that can't think and with no friends and who is not looking for an Australian hairdresser or a Nokia for sale? | Quote: | | | | | The typically, useless, waste of time response the op was pointing out. This the forum where we get valuable information, its ocean of information. Members have been extremely helpful by sharing their experiences, views on matters or questions raised. Most of us have benefited from this forum and will continue to do in future. However, I too notice past few weeks hijacking is too often and this makes specially the new members uncomfortable and go back to their shell. Also noticed that there are few specific members who derive imense ,pleasure in hijacking the threads, as if this has become their sole intention.
Another point is for many members English is not native language which results in improper use of words which can be corrected instead of laughed at or made fun of.
Most of us are expats in a country with language that we do not understand much and rules very specific and stringent to this country. EF is what comes to our(my) mind when we(I) need any information on rules and regulations and any other help or when we have any problem. However, off late (past 2-3 months) I am worried I will be made fun of if I post so I avoid. This is my view please do not get at me on this.

Your sh1t might be my sugar and spice... welcome to the internet. | | | | | I think the "we" here is used to refer to all people that use the forum and this "this web address" is the www.englishforum.ch web address which is currently owned by Mark Fifie's brother.

I do however see it is relivent.
I have had almost instantly the sarcy comments and attacks as reply...
