Ahh, didn't read it thoroughly.
I guess, without having made much effort in emphasizing it, proxy detection is by i.p. address and not by name. The i.p. address linked to the englishforum.ch is probably in a list of known i.p.'s for proxy servers that are open. That was my main area of concern and I wanted to highlight this to the Admins/Mods. It could be the whole subnet /range of i.p.'s , or just one, but if I was in a blacklist I would like to have it corrected. I battled for 18 months trying to get my mail server out of a blacklist because my home server i.p. address was in a range of i.p.'s that happened to have a spammer in once upon a time.

Sorry for not being clear in the first place guys.

Re: Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 blocks EF

Well if other guys are using it fine as said in this thread (with the same AV software, and I presume they read the parental controls bit) then I presume it doesn't point to a problem with EF.

Either way I can't see EF doing anything about it if it only affects 1 in 1000 users.

Same here, 64bit Windows 7. I can reproduce the issue if I remove the wildcard EF entry. I have a PC literate teenage son, so I have blocked the use of Proxy Servers. I am therefore running custom settings.

The issue here is that KIS see's EF as a proxy server.
