Ok who is the idiot now, the scammer or the person who actually falls for it?

So after all these emails with the huge amount of money i won in a lottery i didnt take part in, or the inheritance of a person i never met, or somebody asking for help to trasfer some millions out of the country and selected me (lucky me), or some phantom parcels i have (same tracking number for me and 50 more people-just a coincidence im sure) today i got this:

Oh come on! I mean i wasnt even going that fast! Plus the sign was hidden and i couldnt see it. This would have been unacceptable in Cyprus
