Just posting this "heads up"
A French company Poly Implant Prothese (PIP) used an unsafe type of silicon in its implants, the company is now bankrupt, and French authorities are encouraging women with these implants to contact their surgeon.
Numbers are thought to be 30,000 in France and 40,000 in Britain.

Yeah. Saw this on the Beeb news earlier. Must be kinda scary right now for anyone who has these implants wherever they are in the world and not just France or Britain...

Also some women have breast reductions.
I know three women who had reduction implants purely because of back problems caused by having huge breasts on small frames.
Generally i love boobies.........real or fake........they are all good!!

And apparently breast reconstruction can be painful, and it's not done in a single surgery. Some women have graduated implant enlargement to get to their desired size (you don't just plonk a big old implant in there, you need to stretch the skin). The techniques are getting better and better, and I know several women who've done it after breast cancer. But it can be a long road.

I fantasise about Maseratis and Harleys as well but even if you gave me one for free I'd probably sell it at the first possible opportunity and get myself something more practical with the cash.
I don't think most women have enhancements to impress men. I think they do it for themselves. But then they are surprised that men don't understand or approve.
