Saw a poster yesterday at UBS saying this was at 20:30

So maybe it's not time zone dependent which kind of makes sense as the best time to do this is in the evening when lights are normally needed.

The webite is saying 20.30 till 21.30, but, is that local time? GMT? or what? I'll turn my lights off, but am keeping me TV on
