Has anyone seen '24 hours in A and E' on Channel 4, and 'Great Ormond Street' (children's hospital) on BBC2? Both fascinating, though sometimes a little upsetting.

1. Grand Designs
2. Come Dine With Me
I used to religiously watch anything with Gordon Ramsay, but then they sent him to the US and he had to start being (relatively) nice. All the fun went out of it.
