Travel to Miami/Orlando

Hi everyone, what a weather today...I need your help. We want to fly to Miami or Orlando from Zurich in December for 2 weeks and the cheaper price we found was 724 CHF. Do you know were I can find better prices (travel agency, website, company...)? Thanks for your help.

Well seasonally 724CHF isnt that bad.... But yes, they change the prices every day. So you might as well play with it.

500 CHF is exactly the price I'm expecting. I hope we'll find something like that.

ExpatAdventures has no particular reputation at present
Re: Travel to Miami/Orlando

I'm a native Floridian living here and go back and forth a lot. That's a good price. I wouldn't wait -- they may go way up. I just flew through AMS on Arkefly direct to Orlando. You could try them. Only 31 people on the 767 coming home and the tix were cheap. They showed up in the kayak.com search I did.

We are flexible. We don't have an exact date. But it will be nice to be there on christmas eve and experience the christmas shopping crazyness.

Wow! I didnt realize it was in December. Statistically June is the most expensive time to book plane tickets. I took a look on my Bloomberg Terminal and as you can see below the price of Europe/North American travel typically drops from here. Seasonally its better to wait till the end of summer (when there are still plenty of seats, but prices are falling)...

In that case I would take the deal on the table. It's unlikely to get much cheaper over Xmas/New Year. Of course you might get lucky or you may ned up paying a helluva lot more. A bird in the hand....

Re: Travel to Miami/Orlando

Thanks for your answer, the link you posted doesn't seem to work. I guess I need to wait a little. I also checked the hotels in Orlando and everything is more expensive than last year, I don't understand...
