Rather than hijacking Kev's ever expanding iPhone thread, I thought it high time that we had a mobile thread to cover handsets & mobile devices.
As you may or may not know, it is the 3GSMA Congress in Barcelona this week, where the great & the good get to show off their nice shiny new toys. Heres a couple : Sony Ericsson goes Windows Mobile  Nokias new N series handsets (  to the N96)

Apple are generally good in that they always release complete, reliable products with tried and tested technologies but it's truly pathetic that they are so far behind technology here.
The mobile phone market moves very quick, and when you compare their offering against what Nokia is bangin' out it's a iDisgrace.

What I want to know is why do cell phone companies continue to put the display on the same side as you talk into..??? Nothing more disgusting then when someone hands you their cell phone to look at an sms or something and you find yourself staring at a display smudged with body oils, perspiration and ear wax..  |
