200k per month is 6'700 per day - assuming he's got a suite and there's a load of "medical" cost on top that doesn't sound unbelievable.

A suite at the Dolder goes to 4'000 per day, excluding the "top suites" that don't have published prices.

The super rich live in a different world.

If they dropped a zero they'd be below the cost of a shared room in a public hospital. So for GM's situation maybe they're not as far off the actual cost as you'd like to think.

I read somewhere that this clinic, to ensure privacy, only takes one patient at a time.

If they only charged Fr 20'000 per month stupid people would not think it was good enough, would they?

You get what you pay for. Therefore, the more it costs the better GMs chance of getting off of whatever he's addicted to. At least, that may be his logic, if there's any at all.

At Chf 20k, people like you could go in, they charge so much to maintain privacy and exclusivity.

Quite frankly if the guy was doing this much drugs, Chf 200k isn't going to be too much of a problem
