Can someone help with a translation?

Well, not really a translation, as such...

I ordered some products from www.centralrecords.ch 3 weeks ago, and paid for the order via e-banking not 10 minutes after the order. However, my order status still says 'Pending'. I have emailed the store (in English) but received no reply after a week.

I'm hoping they're just being iffy about me emailing them in English, but I was wondering whether someone could compose an email in German for me? I'll give the relevant details to any 'applicants'...

your order is still pending or your banking? if it's your banking then it's not payed yet if it's the order, then they could be waiting for some of your order to arrive before they send it....

have you tryed calling them?

There website is in english so someone must be able to speak english give it a try....

No the banking order was processed almost immediately (I just met the deadline

). I haven't been to Zurich for a while so I might just pop up there in person :P

A registration is necessary to see their terms & conditions, so I can't help you on that front. Are you sure that all items were declared in stock, and that no email of them got stuck in a spam filter? Do you use their webshop for the first time?
