try to get a good book, its like have a good time with a friend, or you could clean, plan a nicé meal and for that go grocries shopping, if u like do yoga or any good exercise for an hour. you`ll feel great after you have achieved something little.

As an aside, maybe I should have put this on the "Management Speak" thread: to improve your day, interrupt a verbose bore , and ask him or her: "Are you part of the problem or the solution?" It invariably leads to at least 10 seconds of blissful silence. Then walk away.

Otherwise I complain about the weather on English Forum. Then go and listen to Teenage Fanclub's "Sparky's Dream" or Beach Boys "Good Vibrations", Bob Dylan's "Like a Rolling Stone" or Big Star's "September Gurls". Hard to feel bad after that

Stay in bed and watch brain rot DVDs. Eat unhealthy comfort food. Drink way too much alcohol. Disconnect the phone. Put everything off until tomorrow.

Unfortunately they got out.

If I cannot do anything else, I go to sleep. Tomorrow will be a much better day!!!
