I have a weird situation.

My colleagues' wife is constantly watching this forum and she updates her husband every move I do in this forum!!

hm.... Now I cant be anonymous anymore.... Is there anyway to overcome this

hmm.. That is not easy... Mark is very particular about identities... But I do need to get his help on this... !! I will talk to him in one of the personal meets.

In that case if you are going to put private stuff on a public forum then you have to face the consequences I don't see how any mod can stop others from reading your posts Are you looking for a force shield around your posts?

Its a bit too annoying to be honest and I indicatated it to my colleague a little bit.. But he doesnt get it... Hope his wife gets it if she reads this!!

There was a post a few months back by the wife of a bloke at your place...

Feed some chickenfeed. Post something really gossipy and very embarassing, and untrue. See if comes back via your wife through that channel and then have a good laugh about how stupid such a thought is. That will certainly make the friend's wife think twice as she is the subject of the ridicule and as a result your wife will probably disregard or discourage further such gossip.

That said, this is a public forum. Assume nothing you post here is private. This is why I can't understand the enthusiam of some people for posting their photos, and revealing the minutae of their private life. I'm certainly not interested in using such information, but someone else might be if they can uniquely identify you.
