Possible bloody footprints in my building

Today when I was walking down the stairs in my Wiedikon (Kreis 4) building, I suddenly noticed red footprints on the stairs and on the carpets as I left the building, It didnt look like paint to me....I didnt stop since I was in a hurry to catch the train. The thing has bothered me all morning long as well as the fact that I did absolutely nothing about it. I've been debating all morning long as to what I should do or should have done....its been over an hour since I saw it and by now, I am sure more people have seen them and somebody more proactive than me has reported it...(if in fact it is something very serious)

It seriously bothers my concience that I did nothing to investigate this...didnt even touch them to see if it was fresh or dried. I heard steps going down the stairs this morning just in front of me and I caught the back of a head of a guy who seemed to be just as disinterested as i was.

Why not ring your Abwart and relay your concerns to him?

they were pointed towards down.....

False alarm....I just got a message from my flatmate that said someone was playing a joke apparently

Can this turn ito a practical jokes thread now? I had a flat mate who had to ride her bike along the lakeside at 5am every morning to go to work.
Obviously it is still quite dark at this time, and one day as she was trundling along she saw in the distance, a body hanging from a tree. She could see the swinging of the dangling corpse and hear the creaking of the rope, but she was so shocked that she just froze in her tracks and could not bring herself to approach. Her mind was racing with the emergency proceedure that needed to be activated but she could not move. After berating herself for her lack of courage and usefullness, she forced herself to go closer, where apon she realised that it was a dummy that had been strung up for effect.
