Without having talked to somebody more in the know, this doesn't strike me as a particularly good way to deal with the authorities in Switzerland.

Some thoughts:
Complain first > And get a reputation for boy crying wolf
Make a counter allegation > Works exclusively without witnesses and then effects are debateable
Never explain to the police > Not sure how much this kind of police protocol counts in court
Admit nothing > ok...
Keep your mouth shut > does it shorten your stay at the police?
Claim suicidal thoughts > err, effect on the length of stay at the police office??
Always always always have a solicitor > Well yes, use the offered legal assistance. Again, not familiar with procedures.
Actively complain about every officer and everything they do > investigating officers will know this game
Show no respect to the legal system or anybody working in it > To know which note to strike may help but I suspect there are differences between UK and CH police here.
