itv played it after one of the english teams went out of europe last season, can imagine u2 working as well. since then i started listening to it at "psych-up" music before football. yes, you can now call me weird.

That is an awesome song. And yeah, psych up music definitely.
I used to listen to this as a "warm up" to a big night out on the beer

Reason: added quote to clarify
naturally, it also works if you got some custards on friday, and you need to get back on the horse saturday. tuesday morning song anyone? for those who had a crap monday and need inspiration...
Listened to a bit of The Cooper Temple Clause (song was called Been Training Dogs) on my way in. Shame they've split up now but they're freaking awesome!
Seems like you have good taste in music matey!! TCTC are hardly the most heard of band and were criminally underrated I think. A true band's band with one of the most loyal, passionate fanbases I've ever seen.

Good work
Dunno why but it reminded me of this, another excellent track to get you on one after a crap day yesterday...
Had to look that up - according to wikipedia, the drummer and lead guitar used to be in Symposium but not the rest.
Have to confess I'm the other way round, have listened to no Symposium despite knowing of them, but have always liked HIFH since I saw them at Leeds fest in 2002. Odd.

I have their first album in a box somewhere, I may even dig it out and lend it to you!! Definitely worth a listen.
Farewell To Twilight used to be awesome in a local indie club back home!!
