Q. Why don't we always let people help us...even when we know we need it? | | | | | A. Because they might expect to be helped in exchange and we might not be able to help them. Owed favours (real or perceived) rise a lot of confrontation.
Q. Which attitudes make you think that somebody is haughty?

It's a day people are wearing these. I am, blue ones, I swapped the ugly large shorts for a skirt. I have decided the soccer sock day to fall on May 14 this month.
Tea is a good idea, what strange weather twists, huh? Almost blew me off the hiking trail.
Q. Why is UHT milk so blech. Sticky.

Q. What is a good recipe for fast reading? I gotta inhale cca 600 pages in two days, auch. (and retain ) | | | | | A. Retain key words. Read top lines, middle and bottom as to assess the importance of the info. Reread completely only if necessary.
But.... this book had already been read right ? (considering the date of your post)
Q. While making the Christmas tree, I could hear my father say, across time and all dimensions: lights first, check the bulbs, large decorations at the bottom, where's the tinsel ?
I smiled and checked the lights.... and while doing so, I wondered:
Do the people we love take a piece of our hearts when they leave ? Or do they leave us a piece of theirs ?
