I bought my drill (for around CHF 50, as far as I remember) plus tools (another CHF 30 for a basic set) from the OBI in M-parc. Or you can go across the border to Hornbach in Binzen. You'll get everything at these places.
Btw, if you want to borrow my drill, you are welcome. Send a pm.

if your walls are hard brick/concrete you are better off with screws and wallplugs.
Buy pack of small(est) screws with matching wallplugs
See what size (mm) drill it says on the back
Mark on the drill how deep to drill by putting plug/screw alongside and wrapping some coloured sticky tape around drill at deepest point
(check you are not going to drill into cables or pipes - detector & avoid directly above switches, sockets etc)
drill (use vacuum hose underneath at same time if you can to suck up dust
knock in wall plug as far as the surface
screw in screw leaving enough to hang picture.
realise it's in wrong place and start again.

What like? You shouldn't need anything extra for the drill. Re the vacuum - just put the hose up against the wall as you drill so most dust goes up the vacuum. Otherwise just vacuum up later.

By extra drill bits, once through the plaster the fun begins. |

Don't forget to get the right drill bits - ones for masonry etc with a flat piece across the tip.

PS: THought I had a handyman but now he cant make it and I am going desperate because my inlaws are comming on friday | | | | | Ah, yes, the inlaw visit. Guaranteed to make the blood pressure rise. If you are pressed for time, just hang a picture of your family and be sure your inlaws are in the photo. Trust me, they won't notice you have no other pictures. If they bought you something that hangs on the wall, hang that too. You will be all set.
By the way, if what you want to hang is not too heavy, you can also use special nails and hooks. I did this in a house that we rented short term. You hammer the nail in on an angle. Use two nails not too far apart if you question whether one will hold. I bought the nails at Jumbo and this is what the package says: Bildernadel mit Messingkopf gebläut.
I don't recommend the white hooks with 3 nails. They make a mess of the plaster.
