Hi, I need someone to help me plz. My printer has been with me for about almost 2 years and for home use only. I started to print normal documents, and realized that it printed the letters with slashes between them making it impossible to read. The 3 colors were empty and I read that coz it had no colors the black ink didnt print out well, so I just bought the 4 pack and still I am having this problem. Could someone tell me what to do. The printer is fine, coz it prints the color pages. Only words and black alphabeths doesnt come out.

Usually the printer comes with software. This software usually is a printer icon in a very right low corner in Windows. Click there on printer icon and see in menu if there is an option "clean heads".

I also had such problem. Clicked there, printer started to clear it's heads. After everything was OK.

Yes, and run a test print after. If the black is still not 100%, rerun the head cleaning again~. Basically, the hole is covered with dried up ink, and needs to be cleaned
