Re: Movie recommendations

Saw Harry Brown-good role for Caine. But I like Caine even better in the Quiet American Background-

on Vietnam and Green's involvement.

And here's a clip:

Re: Movie recommendations

Being Halloween yesterday, for the past 2 weeks, we have been watching nothing but horrow movies on tv. Some of my favourites are:

PET SEMETARY 1 & 2
GHOST SHIP
POLTERGEIST
HALLOWEEN (2007)

Excellent. I guess there won't be a soundtrack from Journey this time around though?
The new Tron Legacy has the entire Soundtrack by DAFT PUNK

It's Kick arse..... search for some snips on You Tube.

I think I'm more looking forward to hearing Daft Punk's soundtrack blasting from movie theater speakers than I am to watching the film itself.

Re: Movie recommendations

"The Fall" is a movie that I would recommend for a nice weekend watch after dinner.

I din't know what to expect from the movie when I started, but at the end of it, I was surprised how happy the movie made me feel.

Re: Movie recommendations

Immature humour perhaps, but Kung Pow (an oldie) still makes me laugh out loud.

Ok Brilliant action movie is XXX (i just love Vin Diesel, and in this film he is fantastic).
I saw that movie in Prague ( where a lot of it was filmed.) I really enjoyed it, but the best part was laughing along with the Czech audience at all the local buildings that popped up in the wrong places, along with the alps that were suddenly just outside Prague.

Re: Movie recommendations

I recommend On the path (Na putu), bosnian film with croatian actors, which shows the difference in opinion about the muslim religion that young bosnian people have nowdays. Very vivid and great acting (leading female role nominated for the best european actress).
It played in Arthouse Nord-Süd

It's probably one of the most surprising move I saw since 5 years...

Best to see on a Huge Screen.

Re: Movie recommendations

Watch Knock Out. It is a superb inspirational movie starring Sanjay Dutt, Irrfan Khan, Kangna Ranaut.

I was really inspired. Indian politicians have looted the country with great amount of corruption.
