Ok, not the most refined of questions. But it stems from a lunchtime chat with my Swiss colleagues.

Apparently one of the Swiss newspapers has claimed that 50% of girls in the UK have, at one time or the other, flashed their boobs. I was asked wheterh I thought this to be true.

I did think. Possibly it's to do with the circles I move in, but I ventured to suggest that it probably isn't far off the truth. Not when you think it only has to happen once in their lives, and perhaps not when you consider how many girls get drunk.

This all started from a conversation in which it transpired that a Swiss girl I work with had never been sick through drinking alcohol. And I was thinking that there wouldn't be too many girls in the UK who could make that claim

The lads were amazed at the "flashing the boobs" story and couldn't believe it when I told them that a chant you could hear quite often from a group of British lads would be the one based upon the title of this thread.

So....am I being unfair to British girls about their drinking habits and their (perfectly delightful imo) willingness to flash their boobs?

Is it a thing you would hear more of in Britain then in other countries?

And don't swiss girls ever do it?

But has she ever consumed enough?

I doubt that its as high as 50%, which is probably a good thing, cos I don't think I'd want to see too much exposed chav flesh on a fri/sat night in Leicester Sq.

First time continental visitors to England, particularly if they go to Northern cities which are far less touristy than London and more "proper English" are quite impressed by the devotion to drink and the lack of garments worn by men and women, even in freezing temperatures. Even the two boozy Norwegian birds that came up recently to visit my mate M were shocked and they are not exactly shy on boht fronts in Norway...

It's changing in Manchester though, 10 years ago, only foreigners would wear a coat in deepest midwinter on a night out, nowadays the locals seem to have realised that a coat is not solely the preserve of "puffs"...

HAving been here for many years I still visit a well known piss up town in the UK on a regular basis. In the past 7 years given that I must have spent at least 100 nights there I have only once seen a girl get em out. I have seen many throwing up though.

In Switzerland to be precise Zürich I have been presented with bare breasts on at least 5 occasions - only once down Langstrasse to boot. So I guess that makes ZH the titty flashing centre of the universe.

Well im originally from Essex and can advise the following:-

At one time or another I have been flashed by almost all of the women/girls I have ever known. Its a commen pratice to get your tits out for the lads!

On the other hand its also normal pratice for a man to flash his bits in a drunken state as well. I remember a quote from my wife "you know ive seen all of your friends willies except jon's" and that was only because he had a small one

I have often chanted the aforementioned English Tit Mantra, and I can attest that of my previous girlfriends (not many, I've been selective), 100% of them have definitely Got Them Out For The Lads.

Unfortunately I've never been flashed but there again I have seen almost all my lady friends in their natural state, whether as a result of my photographic endeavours, or in the sauna... but that of course neccesitated them seeing mine!!
