I know how to make the bread, I know how to make the sauce, I am the master of the pizza. The best pizza in the worl, I can make it, who wants a slice?
Thanks for your message. I would certainly take you up on your offer today if I were in Zuerich but alas I am not. But I have always consider myself a connoisseur of the Italian delicacy.
When I lived in Istanbul there was an self proclaimed "Italian style" pizza restaurant in Bebek, a suburb of Istanbul. Some of us from the office went there and we were disappointed with the resultant product. The Turks can make bread as good if not better than the French and the dough of the pizza was delicious but they had no concept of the sauce or toppings.
Each time one of us went to Italy we would return with canned plum tomatoes, Pepperoni, provolone, parmigiano reggiano and other delicables We would take these products to Bebek and leave them at the restaurant. When we wanted pizza we would have the owner make the dough and we would instruct him as to how to add the toppings. After a week or so he was up to speed on preparing the pizza our way and we enjoyed American/Italian style pizza for the duration of or stay.
I know how to make the bread, I know how to make the sauce, I am the master of the pizza. The best pizza in the worl, I can make it, who wants a slice?
How about you not just brag about how good it is but also share some tips on how we can make ours as good as yours?

Worl? Isn't that a small village in Canton Bern? Not much to brag about then...

Here is a link for recipes for pizza dough and a margherita pizza. I have tried them both and they are outstanding. Better than any I've ever bought at a pizza place or Italian restaurant excet Roberta Donna restaurant in Washington DC.
