| | | I love Americans
I finally realized that American men are the ones to look out for...usually they are quite smart, they got good manners, plus they know how treat a lady. There should be more of them here in Switzerland (not just tourists)!!

Well, I certainly don't have anything against Americans in general or American men (in general) either but I AM curious what brought this about...
I mean, I know that my brothers are both incredibly fantastic and charming BUT I also know that they are both happily married and currently in the US so fail to see what could have inspired such an outpouring of love like this... |

I have to agree with you.
I have had an American bf too, he was lovely... he treated me well, was polite, funny, intelligent and very well dressed
I have to say though....the same applies for the kiwi, swiss and various other nationals of men I have dated..... AND especially for my South African husband |

| | | Re: I love Americans | Quote: | | | | | Even for reasons of dubious humour, isn't there a rule about misquoting people? | | | | | I'm not sure, perhaps you could take a look at the terms and conditions ? Certainly many a time I have seen people cheekily alter people's quotes and put a 'fixed that for you' message in as if that makes said misquoting all above board.
in terms of dubious humour, a bit of sexual stereotyping goes on here about once every hour I would say on average, so a simple women-are-in-it-for-the-money Benny Hill joke I hope will not result in my removal from this message board.
Aside from which, as an English person, I obviously don't know how to treat birds - I mean women sorry - according to this.
