This isn't really a complaint as a bit of a warning. I wanted to use a cleaning agency to ensure the cleaning person was insured, etc, and used Pebra. I can only suggest one not do this. The customer service has been absolutely horrible. The cleaners have been okay - not great, but not awful - but the treatment of customers is amazingly awful. They basically have cheated on hours worked and are shockingly rude in their communication. I suggest one stay away from them and fine a much better service - even if it is a bit more expensive.
