Looking for recommendations for a professional cleaning company with an "Abnahmegarantie" (handover guarantee) that does not charge an arm and a leg. This would be for a 2.5-room flat.

It was the cheapest one I found. I had some issues with the landlord too. So the cleaning manager came during the key exchange and it went fine probably because he was there.
