Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone had any experience/or knows about renting out a house? We bought a house (2.5 years ago), and are thinking we may move to the UK. Are we allowed to keep our house and rent it out? (I'm American with a "B" permit, my husband is English with a "C" permit). Both of our names are on the house. Any info would be greatly appreciated! (unless of course anyone is interested in buying a 178 year old Swiss farm house with a swimming pool?).
