Kalk-Ex "Entkalkungsanlage"

Just a quick question.

Does anyone knows where (and what) to get the salt pellets which are used in a "Entkalkungsanlage"?

The one provided from Kalk-Ex costs an fortune and I am sure that I can get the same stuff from other suppliers.

The same goes for the "silberharz" which also are used in the de-chalk system.

Thanks....

Re: Kalk-Ex "Entkalkungsanlage"

is this the stuff you need to use to de-calcify the boiler/tank? incidentally, how often does this need to be done?

No it is on of those systems which removes the "kalk" out of the water. It has a big container full of salt-pellets.

The yearly service incl. salt is chf 500 which is a total rip off.
