Olten or Lucerne

Good evening everyone
I have been living and working in Neuchatel for 3 years. My husband's career may take him to Lucerne.

Can i have your thoughts on living in Olten or Lucerne?
The latter is a much larger commute for me but I can trim my visits back ot the Neuchatel office to 1 day a week.

Any thoughts on life in either city would be appreciated
