Recommendation for Notary/lawyer to handle housesale Baselland

We are in urgent need of assistance from a notary (or do we need a lawyer) regarding our house sale ... I know how I want to proceed but I need someone with the necessary local legal knowledge to assist by putting it into a binding format for CH.

Anyone have a personal recommendation? Baselland would be better but I am thinking Baselstadt might do too?

We just used somebody very good in Basel Stadt. PM me if you dont get anybody in Baselland

If your house is in Baselland you will need to have the sale done by the notary public of the "Bezirksschreiberei". They are the only ones who are allowed to notarize agreements on the sale of real estate in Baselland.
