Hello! I looked on the forum but couldnt find an answer (maybe I didnt search properly)- quick question: we are viewing a property shortly via the agent listed on homegate. Do we have to pay any fees to the agent? If so what are the fees that one has to pay?

In Switzerland the seller or landlord / agency pay Homegate the fees.

Is it a rental property? There are some agencies that charge tenants a fee. Please read the terms and conditions on their website because often this information is NOT in the ad.

If you are buying the property, the seller pays the agent's fee, not the buyer.

It is a rental property. On the Ad nothing has been mentioned so was just checking...incase the realtor does charge a fee what is the typical fee charged?
