Have had confirmation letter from the regie (estate agent) to return deposit in full ie. no outstanding issues.

However, we require a document from the regie to say we were good tenants, paid on time etc for a new rental. We have requested this but...get no reponse from this.


How do we obtain this? Is there any legal minimum that the regies need to provide/obide by?

Checked on www.ASLOCA.ch but couldn't find anything concerning this in particular.

You buy two bottles of good red wine and some nice biscuits. Take them round to the Regie, and ask them nicely for a reference.
