Bathroom Floor Cleaner to remove stubborn stains

Having found some very useful advices on this forum before, I am here with a little problem of my own now. The thing is that recently my bathroom floor has developed some white stains (probably due to stranded water) on it and no matter what I use, the stains just won't go away.

I have attached pics of bathroom floor, I would really appreciate any help in the regard. Any specific product name would be great.

Have you tried "Putzessig" or "cleaning vinegar" with a wire wool pad?

In larger Coop shops, http://shop.held-clean.ch/de/shop/pr...?product_id=51

Re: Bathroom Floor Cleaner to remove stubborn stains

I use Ajax 'Professional' bathroom cleaner for Kalk & Bakterien. Strictly speaking, it's not for floors, but it really works.
You may need to have a few goes at cleaning the stains off, I find it's best to clean bathrooms and kitchens regularly to prevent build-up of kalk, or maybe I have a touch of OCD.

PS. I almost didn't post on this thread cos you avatar scared the **** out of me!

Potz make an anti calc that is very strong. To keep it applied to the floor use a cloth over the floor and then pour the product on. This will slow evaporation. Turn off the heating in the bathroom too, especially any under floor heating. Leave it for a few hours and then try with wire wool or a pot scrubber

Drizzle some fresh cream over offending stains and marks, and then shut a cat in there for a couple of hours.

Re: Bathroom Floor Cleaner to remove stubborn stains

As Phil MCR mentioned, the easiest way to properly clean the floor so it looks good again is to steam clean it. It will take a bit of time but you will be very happy with the result. The white residue is probably due to the hard water.

Fust has a small steam cleaner for CHF 50 that will do the job. You can pick one up in any Fust store.

There is lot more improvement in the state of floor what if you look deep you will find grout part is not cleaned properly. You need to clean them and great work done apart from that

or the grout is just not white to start with... ever think about that?

what is it with the rash of 1 hit wonders recently?

for the stains on the tiles, use an anti calc for the kettle, dont scrub with a wire pad as you may damage the glaze on the tile.

durgol anti calc is very strong and will shift those marks in a few minutes.
