Rental Contract

I need help. We found a place and signed a contract to rent starting in December. We are taking over someone's lease. Now we are having 2nd thoughts about the flat.
We would like to get out of the contract. Does anyone know if it is possible? Do we have to find new renters? Is that our only option. Any advice, please help.
Thank you

Re: Rental Contract

It seems to me you're obliged to find someone else to take your place. Advertise the place on the Forum: there're lots of people looking for appartments.
