i have problems at lodging.is there anyone to help me about prices and conditions? and is there anybody will be there on same dates

Lodgings in Lausanne are very very difficult to find, and very expensive.

If you're part of a university exchange, they should be able to help you finding a room in a students building. They have one next to the CHUV, in Av. Des Falaises.

That's a bit far from the EPFL... You need the Ecublens/Chavannes-prés-Renens/Renens/Malley area, and there are student lodgings doted around the place which should *in theory* have some free space in August since that's the summer break. If I have understood you correctly, you are asking about finding a flat share for August.

If you are looking for temporary accommodation, you might try some of the Swiss small ad websites like anibis, petites annonces or tutti. You will, of course, need to be able to spell 'Lausanne' correctly to find appropriate adverts on any of these websites, or to post an advert yourself.

I will give you the advice my mother gives the many, many people who contact our church asking about temporary accommodation in Lausanne. Accommodation in Lausanne is at a premium. Most people live in flats and do not have spare rooms. So unless you happen to find someone who is going on holiday for the exact time you will be here and is willing to rent out their flat / room... you may well find that the student buildings are your best chance.

The message boards at the students parts of the CHUV are usually full of people looking for roommates. If you're looking for something short term, you might get lucky.
