Chipped Ceramic cooktop

Hi all,
My ceran cookware bought thru the coop trophy scheme got stuck to my glass cooktop today. whe I tried gently twisting it off it came off with a small piece of the cooktop stuck to it. Please advise as to what my next steps should be. Should I contact the rental agency and will my insurance cover the cost of fixing it? Sad sad sad...........

Re: Chipped Ceramic cooktop

Yes, if you are renting, your insurance will pay for the replacements. Minus your "Selbstbehalt", maybe Fr 200,--
